Aggregate was commissioned to analyze a property which contained a dilapidated single family home, and propose a design which would maximize it’s potential. The developers had been unsuccessful in their previous attempts to develop the property. Ultimately it was decided to raze the existing structure and construct two new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom units side by side.

The house features private rear yards, a potential roof deck, and private parking to the rear.
