Aggregate provided the design for major interior renovation of this historic Chevy Chase Village single-family home. 

A modernized and reconfigured kitchen was opened to the family room, while French doors connect it and dining room to the new rear porch, patio, in-ground pool, and pool house. The renovated foyer, study, and library established flow throughout the first-floor living space. Wall paneling, new doors, and refinished floors created cohesion and elevated the details throughout.

The master suite renovation includes his and hers walk-in closets and luxury master bath. A clean, bright second-floor laundry room was constructed. The home gym and spa with steam shower and sauna were added in the expanded basement space.
