+columbia heights 3-unit condo conversion creek

Aggregate was commissioned to renovate an existing 3-unit row house into a 3-unit condo building. The scope of the design work included stripping the interior, removing the rear façade and constructing a 3 story addition. Each condo contains two bedrooms & two bathrooms, while the top unit includes a two story, three bedroom & three bathroom with study & roof deck.

The building features three stories of an open atrium along the east side of the building to bring light into the middle, transitional detailing, and stucco exterior.
