+columbia heights 5-unit condo conversion

Aggregate was commissioned to convert an existing row house which was a 3-unit apartment into a 5-unit condo building. The scope of the design work included stripping the interior, removing the rear façade and constructing a 4 story addition with a roof top penthouse. Each condo contains two bedrooms & two bathrooms, while the penthouse unit contains 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a roof deck.
