+park view 2-unit condo conversion

Aggregate was commissioned to convert an existing single family row house into a 2-unit condo building. The scope of the design work included stripping the interior, removing the rear façade and constructing a 3 story addition with a roof top addition. Each condo contains two bedrooms & two bathrooms, while the top unit includes a roof deck.

The building features three stories of frosted glass along the west side of the building to bring light into the middle, modern detailing using sustainably sourced materials through the Eco Design Center.
