+west end penthouse reinvention

Aggregate was tasked with the top to bottom recreation of a basic condominium to a high-end pied-a-terre in the Ritz Carlton building in DC's West End. Each wall wrapped with intricate molding and paneling and the floors feature custom marble and white-washed oak. Custom mahogany doors and brass accents bring a warmth to the soft neutral canvas. The lighting, audio, temperature, and shading systems are integrated with a sophisticated smart control system. The grand terrace provides breath-taking views and is capped with a custom classical pergola with a hidden retractable sunshade system. Designer lighting, fine furnishings, custom drapery, and one of a kind rugs are the finishing touches on this elegant urban retreat.
