+westmoreland rear addition + screened porch

Aggregate removed a single-story kitchen addition at the rear of this historic single-family home in Northwest D.C. and replaced it with a three-level addition that included a basement exercise and storage room, a new, modern kitchen, and a reconfigured upper level that allowed for a master bathroom and closet. Additionally, a screened porch was installed at the rear of the new addition.

The project doubled the square-footage of the home, while reestablishing a congruous feel the home previously lacked.
